If your inepro Metering product is not working, please contact your reseller for local support. If you still wish to request an RMA from us, please click on the button above with 'I want to register an RMA'. You will then submit a request for an RMA via e-mail, which will be registered. You will receive an RMA form that you can fill in and send to us together with the product.

Whether you need a single-phase or three-phase meter depends on your electricity usage. A single-phase meter (1 power wire) is usually sufficient for standard household use with appliances such as lights, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. However, if you want to use several large appliances simultaneously, such as a charging station for an electric car, a heat pump, or heavy machinery, a three-phase meter (3 power wires) is better suited because it can supply more power.
